Zahtev za telefon možete podneti on-line ili telefonom na broj 9813.
Zahtev za preseljenje već postojećeg broja morate podneti lično (spisak kancelarija korisničkog servisa).
Mislim da je dobro da što pre što više nas podnese zahteve, ukoliko stvari dobro krenu sa opštim radovima (povezivanjem zgrade na mrežu), lakše će biti da se odmah povežu svi koji su podneli zahtev.
